The Better Place is a 501(c)(3) religious not-for-profit ministry. Because it is incorporated in New York State, it is also registered with the Charities Bureau of the New York State Attorney General's Office. The Better Place Charities Bureau registration number is: 20-49-47. -- A copy of the most recent financial report may be obtained, upon written request, from The Better Place, Inc., P.O. Box 532, Jamestown, NY 14702-0532 or from the New York State Attorney General's Charities Bureau, Attn: FOIL Officer, 120 Broadway, New York, NY 10271.

For the scope of the vision for ministry of The Better Place, see the Bylaws and see About Us on this Web site. Approximately $44,700,000 is needed to get this new ministry completely functioning. See the Price List for more details. Please understand that every item on the Price List is an estimate. Each estimate will be updated if or when any more specific information becomes available. Also, as sufficient funds have been raised for the various items on the Price List, this will be so indicated. To make a contribution by check simply make your check out to THE BETTER PLACE, INC. and mail it to P.O. BOX 532, JAMESTOWN, NY 14702-0532. Please clearly indicate if you would like your gift to be used for any particular need of The Better Place. You will also be able to give us any additional information, instructions, or comments upon that page in the section titled "Additional Info or Comments". Please consider adding any or all of the following optional information in that section:

- Your Name (so we can thank you on our Donor Recognition page)
